Delivery within Ukraine

The cost of delivery within Ukraine is 250 UAH, paid by the customer.

We use the courier service Nova Poshta to deliver your order to the address you provide, within 48 hours of order confirmation.

Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak periods or holidays. If you encounter any issues with credit card payment, please contact us at press@thewarmstudio.com.

International Delivery

THE WARM offers worldwide delivery. The cost of international shipping is 24 USD, paid by the customer.

International shipments are handled via services like EMS. Please be aware that shipping costs do not include international taxes, customs duties, or any additional charges that may apply based on the destination country's laws.
