REFUND POLICY

Returning:

For returns and exchanges, we accept goods of proper quality within 14 days from the moment of receipt of your order. To return and exchange the product, the following conditions must be met:

•  the product has not been used
•  the original appearance of the product and packaging has been preserved. 

To process a return, send your request to care.nebesite@gmail.com or write to us on social networks. Refunds to your account are made within 3-10 working days from the moment of acceptance of the goods until the return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
