EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

Returns are available within 14 days of purchase.

If 14 days have passed, the brand, unfortunately, will not be able to issue a refund. The brand allows the return of only unused goods that have retained their original appearance. The product must also be in the original packaging. To receive a return of the brand, you must have a check or confirmation of purchase.

Customers are kindly requested to fill out the return form. In the case of lack of the form, processing time may be considerably delayed.

You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase. It will be made within 5 working days counting from the date of the delivery of the item to our warehouse. Return cost is paid by client. Duties, taxes and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
